Advance Registration

To ensure there is adequate seating and materials for all participants, advance registration and payment is required for all MAP events and workshops.

Rescheduling and Refunds

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you are encouraged to reschedule for another session of the same workshop prior to the date of the workshop
  • There are no refunds for workshops with fees of $70 or less. You can request to be rescheduled for the same workshop (e.g. Board Boot Camp) within one year of the initial payment and the amount paid will be applied toward that workshop.
  • For workshops with fees over $70, you can request a full refund up to three days after the scheduled event. You must contact MAP within three days of your scheduled workshop to request your refund. After that time, you can request to be rescheduled for the same workshop (e.g. Board Chair Training) within one year of the initial payment and the amount paid will be applied toward that workshop.

Accessibility

MAP strives to ensure that events are accessible to all individuals. If you have special needs (interpretation, food requirements, or other accessibility needs), please contact MAP at least two weeks prior to the event. Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, late requests may not be fulfilled.
